Meet The Admin Team
Kaila Wilcox serves as our office manager and strives to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care possible. As a staff member that has been with us many years, she has always been passionate about making a positive impact on patients’ lives. She works closely with our providers and staff to ensure that all patients receive timely, efficient, and compassionate care. As office manager, she oversees the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, staff training and development, and other key components to ensure that we always operate at the highest level of excellence. Whether you’re visiting us for illness or injury, Kaila’s goal is that every patient gets the kind of care that Family First was established to provide.
Kaila stays busy, even when she is not at the clinic. She enjoys trying a new restaurant or seeing a movie with her husband or catching up with friends. She is a caring and devoted member of her family, with whom she enjoys spending time.
Hannah Brunsvold serves as the practice manager at Family First Urgent Care. Her role is multifaceted and keeps her on her toes. She has responsibility for the administrative tasks in the clinic. If she looks familiar, it is because she has served Family First in a variety of positions.
Hannah is a very active mom, wife and part of her community. Her favorite activities include traveling, spending time with her husband and young daughter, and grabbing a great cup of coffee.
Lily Penner is our dedicated Administrative Assistant at Family First Urgent Care. In her role she helps with all hormone and Biote within the clinic. You may recognize her or have heard her name if you’ve received phone calls on hormone labs, prior authorizations or discussing online supplements.
Beyond her professional life, Lily is a vibrant individual who embraces the joys of being a mom and a wife. She loves spending quality time with her family. She enjoys baking fresh bread and evening runs with her dog Murphy.
